My Take

By now, you've heard all the theories from countless TV talking heads about the death of Freddie Gray.   This is My Take:

Poor Freddie!  Those mean ol' cops were just out to get him.  Give me a break!  Did those six officers make some mistakes?  Maybe.  We'll never know for sure what happened inside that van.  But I don't believe for a second that the officers -- three white and three black -- set out to kill Freddie because he was black.

Freddie was far from innocent.  He had a wrap sheet as long as Barack Pinocchio Obama's nose.  Freddie was a known drug dealer.  My guess -- and that's all anyone can do is guess -- is that Freddie was about to get caught was a big stash of heroin so he swallowed a bunch of drugs.  He was probably so jacked up on heroin that he didn't know what he was doing.  He most likely injured himself in the van.

This whole thing is nothing but a political witch hunt.  It's all about making the cops pay for what happened in Ferguson, Missouri and New York City.  The protesters in Baltimore don't care about justice for Freddie Gray.  These streets thugs are only out for revenge.  Some have already said if the six officers aren't convicted in court, there will riots like those of the Rodney King trial.

This isn't about racism.  The only racial elements are from the incompetent mayor of Baltimore and the corrupt prosecutor.  Both are black, and they've practically promised a conviction.  They both need to be removed from office immediately.

The media has done its part to feed this frenzy,  Geraldo looks like an idiot out there picking fights with protesters.  He's as big a thug as the street hoodlums.  Come on, Fox News. You're better than that.  Get Geraldo off there!

What happened to innocent until proven guilty?  It not only applies to drug dealers like Freddie Gray.  It applies to police officers, too!
