Maybe there is hope for America after all. As the 2016 presidential race begins filling up with all the usual suspects of Clinton and Bush and the other typical politicians, we were given a glimmer of hope. From his hometown of Hope, Arkansas, Mike Huckabee announced he is running for president. Now that's what I call real hope and change!
Mike Huckabee isn't a typical politician. He is genuine. Unlike Hillary, who is all about grabbing the power for herself, Huckabee really cares about America and believes he can help the country. I believe he can, too.
He has a unique and diverse background. He's been a minister, a governor, a news analyst, and a TV host and radio commentator. And he has something else that the career politicians don't have: common sense.
I just finished reading his book, God, Guns, Grits & Gravy. It's a great book! Huckabee tackles the tough issues and presents commonsense solutions. On the social issues, like abortion and same-sex marriage, he bases his position on a biblical viewpoint. He actually prays about his decisions. Imagine that! How many other candidates would even talk about God and prayer?
Huckabee is a great man and will be a great president. He has my support! I hope you'll join me in saying, "Hil No and Huck Yes!"
